Frisky Foreplay is a dice-driven intimacy game for two to four players. Each turn you roll three colored dice — red, white, and blue — and the combination tells you which foreplay activity to perform. The game builds in intensity across six progressively steamier levels, giving you a slow, teasing warm-up that crescendos toward an explosive finish.
The six intensity levels are:
The red die determines which intensity level the activity comes from. It is automatically capped at your current game level, so you can never accidentally jump ahead to something more intense than you’ve unlocked — though you can always roll below the current level, mixing lighter pleasures in with heavier ones as the game progresses.
The white and blue dice together select one of 36 unique, gender-specific activities within that level — giving you 216 possible activities at any given time. The fun is in the surprises, seeing how far you’re willing to go, and savoring every roll along the way.
Before you begin, take a moment to set the mood and gather a few things:
Accessories & Toys: Some activities call for adult toys, blindfolds, massage oil, feathers, or other accessories. Having a selection nearby means you won’t need to break the mood to go searching. You may not need everything, but it’s better to be prepared.
Clothing: Players strip an item of clothing each time the level increases, so start with four or five items each to make the most of the six levels.
Cleanup: Things can get messy. Keep wet wipes or warm damp cloths within reach for quick cleanups between activities.
Stakes: Agree on a sensual reward or forfeit for the winner before the game starts. Try to choose something extraordinary — something you don’t experience often. Since a tie is possible, agree on a fun consolation prize you can enjoy together as well.
Special Note: For certain activities, consider using a dental dam or plastic wrap with flavored lube. These can be especially useful if you want to participate fully but feel a little squeamish about a particular activity.
Player Setup: Start by personalizing the player cards on the home screen. Tap a gender symbol to choose Male, Female, Bi-Male, or Bi-Female, then select or type a nickname. Each player card has a Join/Leave toggle — at least two players must be active to start. Up to four players are supported.
Gender assignments matter because activities are tailored to the specific gender combination of the performer and receiver each turn. When three or more mixed-gender players are active, assigning one or more players as Bi-Male or Bi-Female opens up same-sex activities for those players. If all active players share the same effective gender, same-sex activities become the default for everyone.
Turns Per Level: Use the slider to set how many turns are allowed per level before the game auto-advances. Slide left (toward the bondage heart) for a faster ride to the kinky stuff — slide right (toward the chocolate heart) for a longer, more sensual buildup. The range is 5 to 25 turns per level.
Level Indicator: Below the slider you’ll see six level indicators. Active levels are highlighted; inactive ones are dimmed. You can tap any indicator to manually jump to that level if you want to speed things up or slow things down. Changing the level resets the turn count for that level.
Starting the Game: When everyone is ready, tap Let’s Play. The app randomly selects who goes first. If you leave the game to adjust settings, you’ll be given the option to continue where you left off or start fresh.
Taking a Turn: On the game status screen you’ll see the current level, a turn log with recent activity, and each player’s remaining free passes. Tap the Roll for … button to roll. The dice animate on screen — tap anywhere to stop them and reveal your activity.
Completing an Activity: Read the activity aloud. If everyone agrees to perform it, go ahead and enjoy it, then tap Pleasuring Completed to finish the turn. If you don’t have the exact accessory called for, you’re encouraged to creatively adapt the activity to whatever you do have available.
Passing on an Activity: Any player involved in the turn — the performer, the receiver, or a third player — may choose to use a free pass and skip the activity. The performing player decides first: play or pass. If they choose to play, the other player(s) still have the option to pass instead. Tapping a player’s forfeit button uses one of their free passes and ends the turn.
When all three dice show the same number, you’ve rolled a triple. A triple advances the game by one level (up to the maximum of six). Everyone should strip an item of clothing to prepare for the increased intensity.
If the triple matches the current level number (for example, triple-3 while on level 3), it’s a special triple. In addition to advancing the level, the performer steals a free pass from their partner — bringing you one step closer to winning.
The level also advances automatically when the turn limit for the current level is reached, even if no one rolls a triple.
Winning: The game can end in three ways:
Each player starts with five free passes. A free pass lets you skip any activity for any reason, no questions asked — maybe you don’t have the right accessory, maybe you aren’t undressed enough yet, or maybe the activity just doesn’t appeal to you right now.
But use them wisely. Once all your passes are gone, the game is over and your opponent wins. Free passes are also at risk from special triples, where the performer wins one of the receiver’s passes. The limited supply adds a layer of strategy: do you save your passes for later when things get wilder, or do you use them now and risk running out?
The free pass count for each player is always visible on the game status screen, displayed as heart icons that turn into flame icons as passes are spent.
Some activities contain partially blanked-out words (shown as letter hints with underscores). This was originally done to meet content guidelines, but it doubles as a playful game mechanic.
As an added rule, the performing player must read the activity aloud and fill in the blanked-out words with the appropriate terms — or forfeit a free pass. One or more letters are provided as clues, but you’re free to substitute any word(s) that fit the idea. You can even add extra adjectives and embellishments to spice things up, as long as it makes sense and your partner agrees it matches the intended challenge.
Saying the words out loud to each other is part of the fun — it’s a surprisingly effective turn-on. If you prefer to see the full words revealed automatically, you can toggle the Show Dirty Words option in Settings (tap the gear icon on the home screen).
For extra variety, you can enable Bonus Dice in Settings. When active, there’s a chance that one of your three dice will land on a special bonus face instead of a number. Each bonus face triggers a quick, fun mini-challenge:
You can customize which bonus faces are active in Settings, and choose whether bonus dice appear in the main game, in random foreplay mode, or both.
Not in the mood for a full game? Tap the dice icon next to the game title to access Random Foreplay mode. Here you can select one or more intensity levels and tap a player’s name to roll for a standalone activity — no turns, no score, no rules. Just inspiration whenever you want it.
Use random foreplay to spark your erotic imagination, warm up before starting a full game, or spice up other games you like to play together. For example, roll the Frisky Foreplay dice during board games and perform the activities when certain game events occur — increase the level as the game heats up.

Every activity in the game can be edited to match your personal preferences. When an activity is displayed (either during a game turn or in random mode), tap the pencil icon to open the activity editor. From there you can rewrite the text however you like and save your version.
Your custom edits override the built-in text for that specific dice combination. Edited activities are displayed in orange text instead of white, so you can easily spot which ones you’ve personalized. Custom edits are saved on your device and persist between sessions.
When editing, keep any name placeholders (such as #LOVER# and #THIRD#) in the text — these are replaced with actual player names during the game. If the required placeholders are missing, the editor will warn you and won’t save.
To restore an activity to its built-in default, open the editor for that activity and tap Reset To Default.
Perform creatively: The activities are meant as a creative spark, not a rigid script. Tease and tantalize each other, but resist the urge to go all the way until someone wins. If you roll the same activity more than once, try performing it in a different way each time. The app also reduces the chance of repeating activities you’ve already seen.
Use a timer: When performing activities for each other, try setting a timer for 1–3 minutes. The time pressure can add excitement — or skip the timer and take your time when the mood calls for it.
Adjust as you go: You can return to the home screen at any time to adjust the turns-per-level slider, manually change the level, or toggle players in and out, then continue the game from where you left off.
Spoken Foreplay: Enable the Spoken Foreplay option in Settings to have the app read activities aloud. This can be a fun, hands-free way to hear your next challenge while you’re focused on each other.
Three-player activities: When three or more players are active, the game may assign a third player to assist in some turns, adding another dimension to the experience. The third player participates in the activity and may also use a free pass to opt out.
The activities span a broad spectrum that may not appeal to everyone. Do not feel obligated to perform any activity you’re uncomfortable with — that’s exactly what free passes are for. We recommend you try each one, or at least creatively adapt it to your comfort level, but your mutual pleasure is always the priority.
The Frisky Foreplay Game is dedicated to all couples striving to create a loving, long-lasting relationship filled with joy and happiness. We hope these sensual ideas spark your desire to creatively enhance your relationship with even more fun and pleasure. Stay frisky and playful as you grow even closer together.
