Frisky Foreplay (the “App”) is published by Succulent Enterprises Inc. and is designed for private, consensual use between adults in a relationship. Protecting user privacy is a core principle of the App’s design. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
1. No Account Required
Frisky Foreplay does not require user accounts, logins, registration, or subscriptions of any kind. You can use the full App immediately after download with no sign-up process.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Frisky Foreplay does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. Specifically, the App does not access:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
- Location data or device advertising identifiers
- Cross-app tracking information
- Analytics, behavioral profiling, or usage statistics
- Photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or other device sensors
Player names entered in the App are nicknames/pseudonyms used only for gameplay display. They are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted.
3. Local Data Storage
The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device to support functionality:
- Current game state and progress (so you can resume where you left off)
- User preference settings (turns per level, show/hide dirty words, bonus dice configuration, etc.)
- Custom activity overrides you create using the in-app editor
This data remains entirely on your device. It is not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party. Deleting the App removes all associated local data.
4. Gameplay and Content
All gameplay processing happens on your device:
- Dice rolls, activity selection, level progression, and game outcomes are computed locally
- No gameplay history, results, or activity content is transmitted externally
- The Spoken Foreplay feature uses the device’s built-in text-to-speech engine and does not send audio or text data to external services
5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising
Frisky Foreplay:
- Does not use any third-party analytics frameworks
- Does not display advertisements
- Does not use cookies
- Does not participate in cross-app tracking or use the App Tracking Transparency framework
- Does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data
6. Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
The App does not automatically send crash reports, diagnostics, or usage logs. If diagnostic information is ever needed for support purposes, it would only be shared if you explicitly choose to provide it.
7. Data Deletion
Because all App data is stored locally on your device:
- Deleting the App removes all associated data
- There is no external account or server-side data to delete
- No data deletion request is necessary — uninstalling the App is sufficient
8. Children’s Privacy
Frisky Foreplay is rated 17+ and is intended exclusively for consenting adults. The App is not directed to children under 17 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
9. International Privacy Compliance
Because Frisky Foreplay does not collect, process, or store personal data on any server, the App’s privacy obligations under international regulations are inherently limited:
- GDPR (EU/EEA): No personal data is collected or processed. No data is transferred outside your device.
- PIPEDA (Canada): No personal information is collected for commercial purposes.
- CCPA (California): No personal information is sold, shared, or collected.
- Apple App Privacy: The App’s App Store privacy label reflects “Data Not Collected” for all categories.

10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected both in the App and on this page, with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
